The Department of Employment and Labour in March 2020 set out a Workplace Preparedness: COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-19 virus) document.
This was issued in conjunction with the Department of Health. Section 4.2 in the Administrative Controls section they issued that employers need to provide workers
with up-to-date education and training on COVID-19 risk factors and protective behaviours (e.g. cough etiquette and care of PPE).
