What do the acronyms mean?
VR means virtual reality, where a trainee wears a headset and steps into a realistic simulated emergency. EMS means Emergency Medical Services, the ambulance and paramedic side of care. An LMS is a Learning Management System, the software an organisation uses to run its courses.
SkillsTrain is the Southern African supplier of these training resources. We distribute and support them; the training is delivered by the accredited organisations that use them.
