The scenario builder is no-code, which simply means you do not need any programming skill to use it. Instructors work through a visual, node-based flow: they connect building blocks on screen to map how the patient responds to each decision. Set a learning objective, choose the patient and setting, add the assessments and treatments, and decide how the condition changes.

When a scenario ends, VR Patients grades the encounter and walks the trainee through what happened and why, adapting the debrief to the decisions they actually made. That after-action review is where a lot of the real learning happens, and it is where your educator does their best work.
